Snow Thanksgiving!

This Thanksgiving we got to spend it with majority of Sam's family. We missed the one sister that was back in Utah but overall we had a great time. I didn't bring our camera so we were pretty much stuck with our phones/iPads to take pictures which isn't so bad but a camera would have been better. Oh well... next time.

It all started on Wednesday the week before Thanksgiving when my wonderful MIL Kay and my SIL Lauren flew to Ohio. We were so excited we couldn't wait until they got here. We FaceTime Sam's mom all the time so were very curious to see if Alaina would recognize her grandmother. The first thing we asked Alaina was who she was and she immediately said GRANDMA! Since I had picked up Sam's mom at 1PM we were starving so we headed to one of our favorite places... OLIVE GARDEN. 

Grandma loved to get hugs! 

The rest of the week we kind of hung out around the house, cleaned up a bit, and packed before we left for D.C.
